What are customers paying for?
Customers pay Reward Tech Global for its own software, implementation, integration, subscription, support and managed-service invoices.
Do you provide money transfer or remittance?
No. We do not accept funds from one unrelated party for unrestricted onward transfer to another and do not operate a public remittance service.
Why may you need payout services?
Subject to provider approval, payouts may be used for documented vendor and freelancer payments, customer refunds, contractual commissions and verified promotional campaign incentives connected with our operations.
Do users deposit money to earn rewards?
No. Our promotional reward applications are not deposit, investment, staking, wagering or paid-entry services.
Are promotional rewards guaranteed?
No. Availability, eligibility, verification, campaign rules and fraud controls apply.
Can you guarantee payment-gateway or app-store approval?
No. Each provider makes its own independent decision. We provide accurate business information and comply with applicable onboarding requirements.
