1. Acceptance

Digital deliverables may include software builds, deployment, source files where agreed, access credentials, configuration, documentation, reports or support. Delivery rules are described in our Service Delivery Policy.
6. Changes and client dependencies
Delays caused by missing approvals, content, credentials, test accounts, third-party access or scope changes may affect the schedule and price.
7. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. Ownership or licence rights for custom deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement and payment status. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
8. Consumer applications and rewards
Where an operated application includes promotional rewards, eligibility, availability, verification and fraud-review rules apply. Rewards are not guaranteed income, investment returns or deposits.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, provider requirements or material breach. Termination rights for paid services are described in the applicable agreement and Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Except where expressly agreed, we do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party networks, advertising availability, external APIs, app-store approval, payment-provider approval or specific commercial results.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the applicable agreement and does not include indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably be controlled.
12. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice.
